The invention concerns a method of producing a wound insulating pipe, in particular for a high-voltage insulator, with one or a plurality of ducts for conductors of all types which can be inserted subsequently. To that end, a laminate structure is produced by winding a material onto a winding spindle and impregnating it with a resin. According to the invention, first layers of the material to be wound on are first applied and then at least one groove is made in the resultant surface. Finally, winding is continued until the final diameter is attained.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un tube isolant enroulé, notamment pour un isolateur haute tension, comportant un ou plusieurs canaux pour insérer ultérieurement des conducteurs de tous types. A cet effet, une structure laminaire est obtenue par enroulage d'un matériau sur un mandrin d'enroulement et par imprégnation avec une résine. Selon l'invention, de premières couches du matériau à enrouler sont d'abord appliquées, puis au moins une rainure est réalisée dans la surface produite et pour finir, l'opération d'enroulage est poursuivie jusqu'à ce que le diamètre final soit atteint.
