METHOD OF PRODUCING ALUMINUM TUBE COATED WITH ZINC ABSTRACT A method of producing aluminum tube coated with zinc is disclosed, which is characterized in that an aluminum prime wire is introduced into a continuous cold molding machine, said prime wire is extruded through an extrusion die attached to the forward end thereof and provided with a heating device and an inert gas-blowing tube, respectively, to form a high-temperature and non- oxidized aluminum tube, and then zinc powder is flame-sprayed onto the outer circumference thereof to coat with an anticorrosive layer of zinc.
