The present invention provides an industrially advantageous method of producing aminophenol compounds represented by the formula (1) by a simple and easy procedure at a high yield and a high purity. The present invention provides a method of producing an aminophenol compound represented by the formula (1): (wherein each of R1 and R2, which may be the same or different, is a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl group or the like; R1 and R2, taken together with the adjacent nitrogen atom, may form a 5- or 6-membered heterocycle with or without other intervening heteroatoms; the heterocycle may be substituted by 1 to 3 substituents selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted lower alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy group and the like; and the hydroxyl group in the formula (1) is substituted on the 2- or 4-position to the amino group on the phenyl ring), which comprises allowing a cyclohexanedione compound represented by the formula (2) to react with an amine compound represented by the formula (3) (wherein R1 and R2 are as defined above), under a neutral or basic condition.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication industriellement avantageux de composés amino phénols représentés par la formule (1) selon un procédé simple et directe avec un rendement élevé et une grande pureté. La présente invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d~un composé amino phénol représenté par la formule (1) : (où chacun de R?1¿ et R , qui peuvent être identiques ou différents, est un atome d~hydrogène, un groupe alkyle inférieur substitué ou non substitué ou équivalent ; R?1¿ et R , pris ensemble avec l~atome d~azote adjacent, peuvent former un hétérocycle à 5 ou 6 membres avec ou sans l'intervention d~autres hétéroatomes ; l~hétérocycle peut être substitué par 1 à 3 substituants sélectionnés parmi le groupe consistant en un groupe hydroxyle, un groupe alkyle inférieur substitué ou non substitué, un groupe aryle substitué ou non substitué, un groupe aryloxy substitué ou non substitué et équivalent ; et le groupe hydroxyle dans la formule (1) est substitué sur la position 2 ou 4 pour le groupe amino sur l~anneau phényle), consistant à permettre à un composé cyclohexanedione représenté par la formule (2) de réagir avec un composé aminé représenté par la formule (3) (où R?1¿ et R sont tels que définis ci-dessus), en condition neutre ou basique.
