The invention relates to a method of producing and joining superalloy balls by means of brazing and to objects produced with such joints. According to the invention, an alloy powder covered with a brazing solder is bonded to a spherical core and subsequently transformed into a continuous alloy layer by means of brazing.
Une poudre d'alliage recouverte de brasure est collée sur un noyau sphérigue puis transformée en une couche d'alliage continue par brasage. Le procédé comprend les étapes de: - mise à disposition d'une poudre de superalliage, - dépôt d'une couche de brasure à base de nickel / cobalt, - application de la poudre traitée sur un mandrin en polystyrène ou nickel, - application d'un dépôt de nickel pour garantir une résistance mécanique durant le brasage, - traitement thermique de pyrolyse et premier brasage, - brasage du matériau cellulaire. Optionnellement, un traitement d' aluminisation peut être réalisé.
