ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The disclosure relates to a method of producing and preparing for distribution a caseous product by supplying a fat and protein-containing starting material which includes vegetable fat and protein with a substance capable of coagulating the starting material and thereafter packing the material in packages in such a manner that the coagulation is caused to take place substantially entirely within the packages.
