The invention relates to a method of producing centrifugally cast, glass fiber reinforced plastic tubes. According to said method, a liquid curable resin which contains a filler is introduced into a rotating die together with glass fibers, curing additives, possibly also with sand. Said die has a temperature of between 40 ~C and 75 ~C at the time of introducing the raw materials. For the layers in the outer surface of the tube a resin is used which has a gel time that is the same or equal the gel time of the resin used for the interior of the tube. The resin used has a filler content of at least 40 %. Once the exothermic reaction is started, warm water is sprayed onto the die to maintain the temperature of the die at at least 60 ~C until the tube is drawn.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production par centrifugation de tubes en plastique renforcés de fibres de verre, caractérisé en ce qu'une résine liquide durcissable contenant une charge est introduite, avec des fibres de verre, des additifs pour le durcissement et, éventuellement, du sable, dans une matrice rotative qui a une température comprise entre 40 ·C et 75 ·C lors de l'introduction des matières brutes. On utilise, pour les couches de la zone externe du tube, une résine présentant un temps de gélification égal ou supérieur au temps de gélification de la résine utilisée pour la zone interne du tube et une teneur en charge d'au moins 40 %. On peut également asperger la matrice d'eau chaude après le déclenchement de la réaction exothermique afin de maintenir la température de la matrice à au moins 60 ·C jusqu'à ce que l'on ait retiré le tube.
