A method for producing coated fine particles wherein core fine particles are covered with a coating layer, which comprises a step of preparing a fluid (fluid A) containing a polar organic solvent having core fine particles dispersed therein and a component for the coating layer dissolved therein, a step of preparing a fluid (fluid B) capable of being mixed with the fluid A and containing no polar organic solvent or containing a polar organic solvent in a proportion lower than that in the fluid A, and a step wherein the fluid A is introduced from at least one inlet of a device for producing coated fine particles equipped with an in-line mixing means having two or more inlets and one or more outlets, the fluid B is introduced from at least one residual inlet, and the fluids are mixed, to thereby coat the core fine particles with the coating layer.
