A process for producing by a simpler method coated fine particles comprising fine core particles and a coating-layer ingredient with which the core particles are coated. The process is characterized by comprising: a step in which a polar organic solvent in which a coating-layer ingredient is soluble is incorporated into a liquid in such a concentration that fine core particles do not dissolve therein and the coating-layer ingredient can be present therein in a dispersed state, and the fine core particles and the coating- layer ingredient are dispersed in the liquid; and a step in which the fine core particles are coated with the coating-layer ingredient.

L~invention concerne un procédé plus simple de production de particules fines enrobées comprenant des particules fines formant un noyau et un ingrédient formant une couche d~enrobage dont sont enrobées les particules formant un noyau.
