A method of producing double low restorer line of Brassica napus for Ogura cytoplasmic male sterility (cms) presenting radish introgression carrying the Rfo restorer gene deleted of the radish Pgi-2 allele and recombined with the Pgi-2 gene from Brassica oleracea, and having a good agronomic value characterized by female fertility, a good transmission rate of Rfo and a high vegetative vigour. A method of forming Brassica napus hybrid seeds and progeny thereof. The seeds of Brassica napus and use of the combined markers PGIol, PGIunt, PGIint, BolJon and CP418 for characterising.
Procédé de production d'une lignée double zéro restauratrice de Brassica napus pour la stérilité mâle cytoplasmique (cms) Ogura présentant une introgression de radis portant le gène restaurateur Rfo délété de l'allèle Pgi-2 du radis et recombiné avec le gène Pgi-2 provenant de Brassica oleracea, et d'une bonne valeur agronomique, caractérisée par la fertilité femelle, un bon taux de transmission de Rfo et une vigueur végétative élevée. Procédé de production de semences hybrides de Brassica napus et de leur descendance. Semences de Brassica napus et utilisation des marqueurs combinés PGIol, PGIunt, PGIint, BolJon et CP418 à des fins de caractérisation.
