The invention concerns a method of producing laminar material composites which consist of a carrier material and at least one electrically conductive powder layer which is provided on the carrier material and optionally compacted, or of an electrically conductive powder which is compacted to form a laminar powder shaped body. The carrier material and the powder layer or the powder shaped body are briefly exposed to a magnetic alternating field in the frequency range of between approximately 10 kHz and 120 MHz in order to generate in the powder layer or powder shaped body an induction current of such an energy density that the points of contact between the powder particles and, when a carrier material is present, also their points of contact with the latter, become molten and are bonded at a temperature above sintering temperature.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de matériaux composites laminaires comprenant un matériau support et au moins une couche pulvérulente électroconductrice prévue et éventuellement compactée dessus ou une poudre électroconductrice compactée pour former un corps moulé pulvérulent laminaire, le matériau support et la couche pulvérulente ou le corps moulé pulvérulent étant soumis brièvement à l'action d'un champ magnétique alternatif dans une gamme de fréquence comprise entre approximativement 10 kHz et 120 MHz, afin de produire dans la couche pulvérulente ou le corps moulé pulvérulent, un courant d'induction d'une densité de flux d'énergie telle que les points de contact des particules de poudre et, lorsque le matériau support est présent, leurs points de contact avec ledit matériau support soient en fusion et soudés à une température supérieure à la température de frittage.
