The invention relates to a method of producing manufactured aggregates (10). The inventive method is characterised in that it comprises the following steps consisting in: supplying a first material (12) containing particles; supplying elements (16, 18, 20, 22) which are intended to form a second material (14); mixing a pre-determined quantity (Q12) of the aforementioned first material (12) with a pre-determined quantity (Q16, Q18, Q20, Q22) of each of the elements (16, 18, 20, 22) of the second material (14), thereby producing a mortar (M12-14) which is formed by inclusions (12) corresponding to the first material and a matrix (14) corresponding to the second material (14); applying a first cure (T1) to the mortar (M12-14) for a pre-determined first cure time (t1); and crushing (C) said mortar (M12-14) in order to obtain the manufactured aggregates (10).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de granulats artificiels (10), caractérisé en ce que les étapes suivantes sont réalisées : - on fournit un premier matériau (12) comportant des particules, - on fournit des éléments (16, 18, 20, 22) destinés ô former un deuxième matériau (14), - on mélange une quantité (Q12) prédéterminée dudit premier matériau (12) avec une quantité (Q16, Q18, Q20, Q22) prédéterminée de chacun desdits éléments (16, 18, 20, 22) dudit deuxième matériau (14), par quoi on obtient un mortier (M12-14) formé d'inclusions (12) correspondant au premier matériau et d'une matrice (14) correspondant au deuxième matériau (14), - on applique au mortier (M12-14) une première cure (T1) pendant une durée de première cure prédéterminée (t1), et - on concasse (C) ledit mortier (M12-14) pour obtenir des granulats artificiels (10).
