The present invention provides a method for the production of a dry powder, pure plant extract formulation, comprising extracting a plant or part of a plant with a solvent extraction step, then mixing the resulting plant extract with a plant or part of a plant in dry powder form in an amount capable of absorbing residual moisture in the plant xtract so as to provide a dry powder pure plant extract formulation. The present invention also provides for a formulation made by the said method and the use of such formulations from particular plant sources in treating a variety of disorders.
La présente invention porte sur un procédé de production d'une poudre sèche et sur une formulation d'extraits de plantes pure. Le procédé consiste à produire un extrait de tout ou partie d'une plante par extraction par solvant ; à mélanger l'extrait de plante résultant avec une plante ou partie d'une plante sous une forme de poudre sèche dans une quantité apte à absorber l'humidité résiduelle présente dans l'extrait de plante et à fournir une formulation d'extraits de plantes pure en poudre sèche.
