Assembly of individual parts of a multiple doser for powdered medicine, filling of the powdered medicine, and inspection after the assembly are performed on an automated production line so as to improve productivity and prevent defective products from occurring. A method of producing a multiple doser for powdered medicine is characterized in that the production is made in each of automated processing steps comprising the following steps: a step of inserting a filter (12) into a filter fitting portion (11a) of a container (10), a step of inserting an inner cylinder (15) into the container (10), a step of filling powdered medicine in the container through a ring-like opening between an upper opening of the container and the inner cylinder, a step of fitting an inner lid (19) in the container and the inner cylinder, a step of fitting a nozzle (20) in the container and connecting the nozzle to the inner cylinder, and a step of inspecting an assembled body formed in the steps above.
L'invention concerne l'assemblage de pièces individuelles d'un doseur multiple destiné à un médicament en poudre, le remplissage avec ledit médicament, et l'inspection de l'assemblage une fois que ce dernier a été conçu sur une chaîne de production automatisée, afin d'améliorer la productivité et d'empêcher la génération de produits défectueux. Un procédé de production d'un doseur multiple destiné à un médicament en poudre est caractérisé en ce que la production s'effectue au cours d'étapes de traitement automatisées respectives comprenant une étape d'insertion d'un filtre (12) dans une partie de fixation de filtre (11a) d'un contenant (10), une étape d'insertion d'un cylindre interne (15) dans le contenant (10), une étape de remplissage du contenant avec un médicament en poudre par le biais d'une ouverture en forme d'anneau située entre une ouverture supérieure du contenant et le cylindre interne, une étape de fixation d'un couvercle interne (19) dans le contenant et le cylindre interne, une étape de fixation d'une buse (20) dans ledit contenant et de connexion de la buse au cylindre interne, et une étape d'inspection d'un corps assemblé constitué au cours des étapes susmentionnées.
