The present invention relates to a method For producing atomized aggregated drug(s), comprising conversion of a mixture of drugs) and aggregating agent'to an intermediate liquid phase before an atomization step. The liquid phase is poured on an excess of temporary matrix having a determined three-dimensional structure. The liquid phase is allowed to convert to solid phase at the structure faces of the matrix or in the interspaces between its structure faces. The temporary matrix is removed from the solid phase thereby existing in particulate form having impressions from the structure of the temporary matrix.
