Abstract of the Disclosure Ti alloy materials which have a uniform struc- ture and excellent mechanical properties such as elonga- tion are produced by processing .alpha.+.beta. Ti alloy ingot at temperatures of .alpha.+.beta. phase range and at a total reduction rate of more than 30% to produce an intermediate mater- ial, and hot-working the intermediate material after reheating.
