The invention relates to a method of producing a high-strength steel sheet which is hot rolled and subsequently cold rolled and which has a tensile strength Rm of greater than or equal to 450 MPa. The inventive method comprises the following steps consisting in: hot rolling a high-strength steel in order to produce a hot-rolled sheet; cold rolling said hot-rolled sheet with a reduction ratio of between 10 and 20 %; and, finally, subjecting the rolled sheet to a partial annealing heat treatment at a temperature of less than Ac3. The invention also relates to the sheet thus obtained
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une tôle d'acier à haute résistance, laminée à chaud puis laminée à froid présentant une résistance à la traction Rm supérieure ou égale à 450 MPa, comprenant les étapes selon lesquelles on lamine à chaud un acier à haute résistance, pour obtenir une tôle à chaud, puis on lamine à froid ladite tôle à chaud avec un taux de réduction compris entre 10 et 20%, puis on fait subir à ladite tôle ainsi laminée un traitement thermique de restauration à une température inférieure à Ac3, ainsi que la tôle obtenue.
