ABSTRACT Concrete structures are developed as an integral mass in successive layers by placing concrete as soon as the previous layer has set sufficiently to withstand relaxation of the forms without sagging and within a period in which the previous layer can be melded to the newly-placed concrete by vibration. Form assemblies are continually connected to the concrete mass at anchor points by leapfrogging the connecting members as the forms are elevated.
