ABSTRACT METHOD OF PROMOTING WOUND-HEALING The present invention relates to a method for promoting wound-healing by topically applying a serotonin-antagonistic compound. The serotonin- antagonist is selected from the group of compounds having the general formula Image (I), the pharmaceutically acceptable acid-addition salts thereof and the possible stereoisomeric forms thereof. The invention also relates to wound-healing compositions and processes for the production of the same.
