A method of raising a building (1) with respect to the ground (2); the method including the steps of : forming a mat (7) having a number of through holes (12); inserting a foundation pile (9) through each hole (12); fitting each foundation pile (9) with a lifting device (11); exerting thrust on the foundation piles (9) by means of the lifting devices (11) to raise the building (1) with respect to the ground (2); and fixing each foundation pile (9) axially to the mat (7) once the building is raised; the lifting devices (11) are divided into three equivalent, symmetrical, independent work groups; and the lifting devices (11) of one work group at a time are activated simultaneously, so that the building (1) is raised isostatically, by simultaneously activating the lifting devices (11) of one work group at a time, while the lifting devices (11) of the other two work groups are left idle.

La présente invention concerne un procédé pour lever un bâtiment (1) par rapport au sol (2) ; le procédé comprenant les étapes qui consistent à : former un mat (7) qui possède un nombre de trous débouchants (12) ; insérer un pieu de semelle (9) à travers chaque trou (12) ; équiper chaque pieu de semelle (9) d'un dispositif de levage (11) ; exercer une poussée sur les pieux de semelle (9) au moyen des dispositifs de levage (11) pour lever le bâtiment (1) par rapport au sol (2) ; et fixer chaque pieu de semelle (9) au mat (7) de façon axiale une fois que le bâtiment est levé ; les dispositifs de levage (11) sont divisés en trois groupes de travail indépendants, symétriques et équivalents ; et les dispositifs de levage (11) d'un groupe de travail à la fois sont activés simultanément, de sorte que le bâtiment (1) soit levé de façon isostatique, en activant simultanément les dispositifs de levage (11) d'un groupe de travail à la fois, alors que les dispositifs de levage (11) des deux autres groupes restent à l'arrêt.
