The present invention is directed to a method of recovering a biological molecule from a recombinant microorganism produced using a method based on either protoplast fusion or lipofection. The present invention further provides a method of identifying, isolating, or making a biological molecule from a recombinant microorganism and also encompasses the biological molecule produced by a recombinant microorganism. Moreover, the present invention relates to a method of making a recombinant microorganism containing the nucleic acid of a microorganism in an environmental sample, as well as the recombinant microorganisms themselves. Finally, the present invention is directed to a method of making a recombinant library, as well as the recombinant library itself.
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de récupération d'une molécule biologique à partir d'un micro-organisme de recombinaison obtenu par un procédé basé soit sur la fusion de protoplastes, soit sur la lipofection. L'invention se rapporte également à un procédé d'identification, d'isolation ou de fabrication d'une molécule biologique obtenue par un micro-organisme de recombinaison, et également à la molécule biologique obtenue par un micro-organisme de recombinaison. L'invention se rapporte encore à un procédé de fabrication d'un micro-organisme de recombinaison contenant l'acide nucléique d'un micro-organisme se trouvant dans un échantillon environnant, ainsi qu'aux micro-organismes de recombinaison eux-mêmes. L'invention se rapporte enfin à un procédé de création d'une banque de recombinaison ainsi qu'à la banque de recombinaison elle-même.
