A method of regeneration of a SCR catalyst for use in high temperature thermal processes such as in a power plant facility burning fossil fuels, bio-based fuels, or a combination thereof, wherein the catalyst is poisoned by phosphorous components in the flue gas and the catalyst is treated using a base, preferably an alkali metal hydroxide.

L'invention porte sur un procédé de régénération d'un catalyseur de RCS en vue d'une utilisation dans des procédés thermiques à haute température, par exemple dans une installation de centrale électrique brûlant des combustibles fossiles, des combustibles à base biologique ou une combinaison de ceux-ci, dans lequel le catalyseur est empoisonné par des composants phosphoreux présents dans l'effluent gazeux et le catalyseur est traité à l'aide d'une base, de préférence un hydroxyde de métal alcalin.
