The invention relates to a method of regulating a high temperature gaseous phase process such as CVD or CVI on the basis of a measuring curve obtained by infrared spectroscopy. Said measuring curve indicates at least one spectral range that is characteristic of the regulation of the process and that differs from the background of the measuring curve. The aim of the invention is to allow a regulation of high temperature gaseous phase processes optimally and quickly even if the temperatures change during the process. To this end, a straight line is calculated directly from the measuring curve on the basis of the initial and the end values of the characteristic spectral range. The process is then regulated by integration of the spectral range above the straight line or by determination of the maximum height of the spectral range above the straight line or by referring to another characteristic value of the spectral range with respect to the straight line.
Cette invention concerne un procédé de régulation d'un processus en phase gazeuse à haute température tel que le dépôt en phase vapeur ou l'infiltration en phase vapeur à partir d'une courbe de mesures obtenue par spectroscopie infrarouge, ladite courbe présentant au moins un domaine spectral caractéristique de la régulation du processus divergeant du fond spectral de la courbe de mesures. Pour permettre la régulation optimale et rapide du processus en phase gazeuse à haute température, même en cas de changements de température au cours du processus, on propose d'établir, directement à partir de la courbe de mesures, le tracé d'une droite, à partir des valeurs initiales et finales du domaine spectral caractéristique, et de réguler le processus par intégration du domaine spectral situé au-dessus de la droite ou par détermination de la hauteur maximale du domaine spectral situé au-dessus de la droite ou à partir d'une autre grandeur caractéristique du domaine spectral par rapport à la droite.
