A process of injection molding a natural resin into a mold cavity (12) including lifter bar (22) as part of the ejection system for removing the molded natural resin from the mold cavity. The lifter bar is provided with a contacting area having a relatively high surface area ratio relative to surface area of the molded natural resin that remains in contact with the mold (10) after injection and mold opening.

La présente invention a trait à un procédé de moulage par injection d'une résine naturelle dans une cavité de moule comportant des barres de levage faisant partie du système d'éjection pour l'extraction d'aliments à mâcher moulés pour animaux de la cavité de moule. Les barres de levage sont pourvus d'une zone de contact présentant un rapport relativement élevé de surface active par rapport à la surface active de la pièce moulée qui reste en contact avec le moule après injection et l'ouverture de moule.
