A method of removing off-flavour impurities from sweetener extracted from the Stevia Rebaudiana plant. Firstly, mixing a sweetener extracted from Stevia Rebaudiana plants with a food grade solvent. Secondly, separating the food grade solvent containing dissolved off-flavour impurities from the sweetener.

Méthode pour éliminer de l'édulcorant extrait de Stevia rebaudiana les impuretés qui lui donnent un mauvais goût. On mélange d'abord un édulcorant extrait des plantes de Stevia rebaudiana avec un solvant de catégorie alimentaire. On sépare ensuite de l'édulcorant le solvant dans lequel sont dissoutes les impuretés qui lui donnent un mauvais goût.
