In order to remove the sprue (5) from an injection moulding (1) such as a delicate recording-medium disk, e-g- a CD, without producing dust and without the need for complex mechanical operations, the invention proposes that most the hole (20) in the disc is produced by injection moulding and the rest of the hole by removing the sprue from the mounding by a laser (6) once the moulding has been taken out of the mould.

Afin de pouvoir enlever la carotte (5) d'une pièce moulée par injection (1), telle qu'un disque support d'informations hautement sensible, par ex. un C.D., sans dégagement de poussière et avec une complexité mécanique réduite, il est prévu de réaliser l'ouverture (20) dans le disque en grande partie par moulage par injection et la partie restante de l'ouverture par séparation de la carotte de la pièce moulée par injection en dehors de l'outil de moulage par injection à l'aide d'un laser (6).
