The invention relates to a method of repairing a shroud segment of a gas turbine. The method according to the invention comprises at least the following steps: a) providing a shroud segment to be repaired; b) removing a damaged, radially inner section of the shroud segment in such a way that the shroud segment has a defined inner radius after the removal of the damaged section; c) producing a replacement section for the shroud segment, wherein the replacement section has an outer radius adapted to the inner radius of the shroud segment; d) aligning the replacement section and the shroud segment; e) joining the replacement section to the shroud segment, wherein first the replacement section and the shroud segment are welded to one another in a vacuum in a gastight manner at the edges for this purpose, and wherein the replacement section and the shroud segment are then diffusion-bonded to one another in a planar manner by hot isostatic pressing.
L'invention concerne un procédé de réparation d'un segment annulaire d'enveloppe d'une turbine à gaz. Le procédé selon l'invention comprend au moins les étapes suivantes: a) préparer un segment annulaire d'enveloppe à réparer, b) enlever la partie endommagée située radialement à l'intérieur du segment annulaire d'enveloppe de sorte que, après l'enlèvement de la partie endommagée, le segment annulaire d'enveloppe présente un rayon intérieur défini, c) préparer une pièce de remplacement pour le segment annulaire d'enveloppe, la pièce de remplacement présentant un rayon extérieur adapté au rayon intérieur du segment annulaire d'enveloppe, d) aligner la pièce de remplacement et le segment annulaire d'enveloppe et e) réaliser la jonction de la pièce de remplacement et du segment annulaire d'enveloppe en soudant d'abord sous vide et de manière étanche au gaz les bords de la pièce de remplacement et du segment annulaire d'enveloppe l'un à l'autre et en reliant ensuite l'un à l'autre à plat et par diffusion la pièce de remplacement et le segment annulaire d'enveloppe par compression isostatique à chaud.
