Method of fabricating containers made from a cardboard or corrugated paperboard blank (17) having an inner liquid holding bag (11) secured to the inner surface of the paperboard box. The liquid holding bag (11) includes a spout (16) that extends through a spout opening (19) formed in the paperboard blank (17). During the fabrication process the spout (16) is utilized to precisionally locate the liquid holding bag (11) so that when the panel of the blank (17) with the spout opening (19) is folded down over the spout (16), the spout (16) will be properly aligned with the spout opening (19) thus facilitating the automatic assembly of the container. In this automatic assembly process the liquid holding bag (11) is secured to the inner surface of the container at multiple locations such that when the container is opened into its three dimensional use configuration a passage is opened for filling the bag (11) through the spout (16).
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de contenants faits à partir d'une découpe (17) de carton ou de carton ondulé, qui comportent un sac (11) intérieur destiné à contenir un liquide, ledit sac étant fixé à la surface intérieure de la boîte en carton. Le sac (11) comprend un bec verseur (16) traversant une ouverture (19) de bec verseur formée dans la découpe (17) de carton. Pendant le procédé de fabrication, le bec verseur (16) sert à positionner précisément le sac (11), de sorte que lorsque le panneau de la découpe (17) comportant l'ouverture (19) est replié sur le bec verseur (16), ce dernier (16) est aligné de manière appropriée sur l'ouverture (19), ce qui facilite l'assemblage automatique du contenant. Dans ce procédé d'assemblage automatique, le sac (11) est fixé à la surface intérieure du contenant en de multiples points, de sorte que lors de l'ouverture du contenant dans sa configuration tridimensionnelle d'utilisation, le passage formé permet de remplir le sac (11) par le bec verseur (16).
