In in-flow chemical reaction system (A), a glycoprotein-containing sample solution is continuously introduced through sample injection device (4) in reaction tube (7) through which alkali solution (1) flows. When a mixture of sample solution and alkali solution (2) reaches thermostatic bath (6), splitting reaction of glycoside bonds is advanced to thereby effect separation of sugar chains from the glycoproteins. The alkali of the solution containing the sugar chains is removed by means of ion exchange column (12), and only the sugar chain (14) fraction can be collected in sample tube (13). The reaction time of this in-flow chemical reaction system (A) is in minutes, markedly shorter than that required in conventional systems. As a result, splitting of glycoside bonds and separation of sugar from the compound having glycoside bonds can be accomplished rapidly, simply and in high precision.

L'invention concerne un système (A) de réaction chimique à débit entrant dans lequel une solution échantillon contenant une glycoprotéine est introduite de manière continue à l'aide d'un dispositif (4) d'injection d'échantillon dans un tube (7) de réaction dans lequel s'écoule une solution alcaline. Lorsque le mélange contenant la solution échantillon et la solution alcaline (2) atteint un bain thermostatique (6), une réaction de division des liaisons glygosides se produit afin d'obtenir la séparation des chaînes de sucre des glycoprotéines. L'alcali de la solution contenant les chaînes de sucre est éliminé au moyen d'une colonne (12) échangeuse d'ions, et la fraction de la chaîne (14) de sucre seulement est récupérée dans un tube (13) échantillon. Le temps de réaction de ce système (A) de réaction chimique à débit entrant se compte en minutes, et est bien plus court que celui nécessaire dans les systèmes classiques. La division des liaisons glycosides et la séparation du sucre du composé à liaisons glycosides peuvent ainsi s'effectuer de manière rapide, simple et très précise.
