A method of servicing high temperature wells. A stack of spools are secured in end to end relation onto a wellhead. The stack of spools define a cooling chamber. A hot tubing string is positioned within the cooling chamber. A cooling fluid is passed into the cooling chamber to cool the hot tubing string prior to handling.
