A method of surface modification for a metal product, characterized as comprising implanting nitrogen ions, carbon ions and platinum ions in this order onto the surface of a metal product, forming a platinum film on the surface of the metal, and then implanting platinum ions onto the surface of the metal product. The method of surface modification can be employed for improving the resistance to the delamination of a platinum film formed on a metal surface and the abrasion resistance of a metal surface.

L'invention concerne un procédé de modification de surface pour un produit métallique, qui se caractérise en ce qu'il consiste à implanter des ions azote, des ions carbone et des ions platine, dans cet ordre, sur la surface d'un produit métallique, à former un film de platine sur la surface du métal et à implanter des ions platine sur la surface du produit métallique. Le procédé de modification de surface peut être utilisé pour l'amélioration de la résistance au délaminage d'un film de platine formé sur une surface métallique et de la résistance à l'abrasion d'une surface métallique.
