-10- Abstract of the Disclosure A method of testing heat fused plastic bead walls as to quality and location of nonuniformity of microporosity within such articles, comprising: (a) coating the article with a bubble forming solution having a surface tension of at least 75 dynes/cm at about 20°C; (b) closing access openings to the article interior and introducing a gaseous fluid under a pressure in the range of .5-3.0 psi to such interior; and (c) visually differentiating between bubble size and density of the bubble laden article exterior to determine the existence of nonuniform zones in the walls of said article. 5117L
