[PROBLEMS] To provide: a membrane integrity test method using a colloidal solution containing a metal particle or a metal compound particle, which can test on the integrity of a virus removal membrane comprising a hydrophilized synthetic polymer accurately after the filtration of a protein solution through the membrane; and a method for producing the colloidal solution. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An integrity test method for a microporous membrane, which comprises the step of filtering a colloidal solution comprising a solvent and a metal particle dispersed in the solvent through a microporous membrane, wherein the solvent comprises the components (A) and (B), the components (A) and (C), or the components (A), (B) and (C) mentioned below: (A) an anionic polymer having a sulfonate group, (B) at least one non-ionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of a non-ionic surfactant having a polycyclic structure in a hydrophobic moiety and an non-ionic surfactant of a polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester; and (C) a water-soluble polymer having a pyrrolidone group.

La présente invention concerne un procédé de test d'intégrité de membrane utilisant une solution colloïdale contenant une particule métallique ou une particule de composé métallique, ledit procédé permettant de tester l'intégrité d'une membrane d'élimination de virus comprenant un polymère synthétique hydrophile précisément après le passage d'une solution de protéines à travers la membrane. Cette invention concerne également un procédé de production de cette solution colloïdale. Le procédé de test d'intégrité d'une membrane microporeuse de cette invention comprend une étape consistant à faire passer une solution colloïdale contenant un solvant et une particule métallique dispersée dans le solvant à travers une membrane microporeuse, ledit solvant renfermant les composants (A) et (B), les composants (A) et (C) ou les composants (A), (B) et (C) sous-mentionnés : (A) un polymère anionique comprenant un groupe sulfonate; (B) au moins un tensioactif non ionique sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant un tensioactif non ionique présentant une structure polycyclique dans une fraction hydrophobe et un tensioactif non ionique d'un ester d'acides gras de polyoxyéthylène sorbitane; et (C) un polymère hydrosoluble comprenant un groupe pyrrolidone.
