A method of treating a biological tissue for transplantation which comprises applying ultrahigh hydrostatic pressure to an animal-origin tissue usable in transplantation in a medium. Owing to this treatment, a binding tissue can be separated from other constituents including cells while maintaining the structure and biological dynamics intact.
L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement d'un tissu biologique destiné à la transplantation consistant à appliquer une pression hydrostatique ultra-élevée à un tissu d'origine animale utilisable pour la transplantation dans un milieu. Grâce à ce traitement, un tissu de liaison peut être séparé d'autres constituants, notamment de cellules, tout en conservant la structure et la dynamique biologique intactes.
