A method of pultruding building material by coating a building form with a preferably cementitious coating material, the steps of said process including: 1. feeding the building form into a pultrusion device from a feed mechanism, 2. engaging the leading end of the building form via a tapered and somewhat undersized adjacent portion or sealing portion of the pultrusion mandrel, 3. pulling the front leading edge proximate the top and bottom thereof through the pultrusion mandrel and into a first section thereof, 4. coating the remaining surfaces of the building form which are not being engaged by a pulling mechanism with a coating material such as a cementitious material, 5. maintaining the cementitious material in abutment and against the building form for a predetermined amount of time through the pultrusion process, 6. providing clips or the like to engage with the adjacent surfaces upon which the building form is being pulled through the pultrusion process to allow for additional strength in those traditionally weak areas, 7. heating the coating material as it is being pulled through a predetermined amount of the pultrusion process, 8. cooling the coating material as it is being pulled through the pultrusion process, 9. squeezing the coating material to remove excess moisture as it is being pultruded through the pultrusion process, 10. curing the building material and providing sufficient length to the pultrusion line that enables the coating material to substantially have dried to a sufficient level to allow the building material to stand unsupported, 11. cutting said building material into predetermined lengths or sizes as required by the end user.
