In a method for manufacturing components from composite fiber materials, at least one placeholder is inserted into a recess (26) in a molding tool (24), wherein the unfinished component is subsequently produced (4), the placeholder is removed (6), at least one lifting pad is inserted (8) into the recess (26) and the unfinished component is removed from the molding tool (24) by inflating (10) the lifting pad (20). In a system for manufacturing components from composite fiber materials, the component removal process is monitored and controlled by a computer unit in order to prevent predetermined maximum component loads from being exceeded. The gentle component removal process makes it possible to avoid consequential costs for repairing or reworking the components.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de pièces en matériaux composites renforcés par des fibres. Au moins un garde-place est inséré dans un logement (26) d'un moule de formage (24). Ensuite, la pièce brute est produite (4), le garde-place est éliminé (6), au moins un coussin de levage est placé (8) dans le logement (26) et la pièce brute est retirée du moule de formage (24) par gonflage (10) du coussin de levage (20). Dans un système de production de pièces en matériaux composites renforcés par des fibres, le processus de démoulage est surveillé et commandé par une unité de calcul afin de ne pas dépasser des sollicitations maximales prédéterminées des pièces. Le processus de démoulage en douceur permet d'éviter les coûts secondaires de réparation ou de reprise des pièces.
