The present invention provides a method for organizing genomic information from multiple organisms. In one embodiment of the invention, phylogenetic trees can be constructed for the organisms. The method of the present invention is termed CAPO, Comparative Analysis and Phylogeny with Optical-Maps. Optical maps of organisms are obtained and phylogeny between the organisms is determined by optical map comparison and bipartite graph matching between the organisms, as, for example, computed by a stable marriage algorithm.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'organisation d'informations génomiques à partir de multiples organismes. Dans un mode de réalisation de l'invention, des arbres phylogénétiques peuvent être construits pour les organismes. Le procédé de la présente invention est nommé CAPO, analyse comparative et phylogénie avec cartes optiques. Des cartes optiques d'organismes sont obtenues et une phylogénie entre les organismes est déterminée par comparaison de cartes optiques et concordance de graphes bipartites entre les organismes comme calculée, par exemple, par un algorithme de mariage stable.
