A method, system, controller and computer program product, for controlling the flow of a multiphase fluid comprising gas and liquid in a conduit, which conduit is provided at a downstream side with a flow restriction and a valve having a variable aperture, which method comprises the steps of selecting a flow parameter of the multiphase fluid in the conduit as a function of a pressure difference over the flow restriction; selecting a setpoint for the flow parameter; allowing the multiphase fluid to flow at a selected setpoint of the aperture of the variable valve; determining the pressure difference over the flow restriction and determining an actual value of the flow parameter from the pressure difference, without using a measurement of another variable in order to determine an actual gas/liquid ratio pertaining to the pressure difference at the flow restriction; controlling the flow of the multiphase fluid by determining a deviation of the flow parameter from its setpoint, determining an updated setpoint for the aperture of the valve which is dependent on the deviation, and manipulating the aperture of the valve accordingly.
Cette invention concerne un procédé, un système, un régulateur et un produit-programme informatique servant à réguler le flux d'un fluide multiphase comprenant un gaz et un liquide dans un conduit, lequel est pourvu en un point en aval d'un étranglement de flux et d'une valve avec ouverture variable, ledit procédé consistant: à sélectionner un paramètre de flux pour le fluide multiphase dans le conduit, en fonction d'une différence de pression au niveau de l'étranglement de flux; à sélectionner un point de réglage pour le paramètre de flux; à laisser le fluide multiphase s'écouler avec un point de réglage sélectionné de l'ouverture de la valve variable; à déterminer la différence de pression au niveau de l'étranglement de flux et à déterminer la valeur effective du paramètre de flux à partir de la différence de pression, sans utiliser de mesure d'une autre variable, afin de déterminer un rapport gaz/liquide effectif correspondant à la différence de pression au niveau de l'étranglement de flux; à réguler le flux du fluide multiphase en déterminant un écart du paramètre de flux par rapport à son point de réglage; à déterminer un point de réglage mis à jour pour l'ouverture de la valve qui dépend de cet écart, et à manipuler l'ouverture de la valve en fonction de ce point de réglage mis à jour.
