The invention relates to a method of cultivating crop bearing plants, comprising the steps of providing a substrate (2) ; growing at least one crop plant on or in the substrate with original roots in the substrate and at least a stem (7) above the substrate; after harvesting crops from the at least one crop plant for a period of time, arranging a root growth promoting element (14) at the stem at a distance from the original roots; and allowing additional roots to be formed at the root growth promoting element. The invention further relates to a system, a substrate or substrate element, and a warehouse for cultivating crop bearing plants.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de culture de plantes donnant des récoltes qui comprend les étapes suivantes : l'utilisation d'un substrat (2), le développement d'au moins une plante donnant des récoltes et la culture de cette dernière sur ou dans le substrat avec les racines d'origine placées dans le substrat et au moins une tige (7) située au-dessus du substrat; la récolte des fruits produits par la plante sur une période de temps, la mise en place d'un élément (14) favorisant la croissance des racines au niveau de la tige à une certaine distance des racines d'origine ; et la formation des racines additionnelles au niveau de l'élément favorisant la croissance des racines. Cette invention concerne également un système, un substrat ou un élément de substrat ainsi qu'un entrepôt permettant de cultiver des plantes donnant des récoltes.
