The present invention refers to a method for preparing a superhydrophobic surface on a solid substrate comprising the steps of (a) providing a solvent in the form of a pressurized fluid in a vessel, wherein the fluid exhibits a decrease in solvency power with decreasing pressure; (b) adding a hydrophobic substance to the solvent as a solute, which substance is soluble with the pressurized fluid and has the ability to crystallize/precipitate after expansion of the fluid, thereby obtaining a solution of the solvent and the solute in the vessel; (c) having at least one orifice opened on the vessel, thereby causing the pressurized solution to flow out of the vessel and depressurize in ambient air or in an expansion chamber having a lower pressure than within the vessel, the solute thereby forming particles; and (d) depositing the particles on the substrate in order to obtain a superhydrophobic surface. Hereby, a pressurized fluid which expands rapidly as a result of depressurization is used to prepare the superhydrophobic surface, thereby facilitating the preparation of the surface. Moreover, the invention refers to an arrangement for preparing a superhydrophobic surface on a substrate, a superhydrophobic film prepared by the method of the invention, and a substrate having deposited thereon the superhydrophobic firm.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une surface superhydrophobe sur un substrat solide comprenant les étapes consistant à (a) fournir un solvant sous la forme d'un liquide pressurisé dans une cuve, dans laquelle le liquide exhibe une réduction du pouvoir solvant avec une réduction de pression; (b) ajouter une substance hydrophobe au solvant en tant que soluté, laquelle substance est soluble avec le liquide pressurisé et a la capacité de cristalliser/précipiter après l'expansion du liquide, donnant ainsi une solution du solvant et du soluté dans la cuve; (c) avoir au moins un orifice ouvert sur la cuve, provoquant ainsi l'écoulement de la solution pressurisée hors de la cuve et sa dépressurisation à l'air ambiant ou dans une chambre d'expansion ayant une pression inférieure à celle de la cuve, le soluté formant ainsi des particules; et (d) déposer les particules sur le substrat pour obtenir une surface superhydrophobe. Grâce à l'invention, un liquide pressurisé qui gonfle rapidement en raison de la dépressurisation est utilisé pour préparer la surface superhydrophobe, facilitant ainsi la préparation de la surface. En outre, l'invention concerne un arrangement pour la préparation d'une surface superhydrophobe sur un substrat, un film superhydrophobe préparé par le procédé de l'invention, et un substrat ayant le film superhydrophobe déposé sur celui-ci.
