The guiding devices (4) comprise guiding elements (16) in the shape of a wall and anchoring devices for anchoring the guiding devices and/or guiding elements in the bottom. Each guiding device (4) and guiding elements (16) are arranged to extend at an angle to the shore-line (3) and reach from the bottom and in the direction of the surface of water.
