A method and device for preventing or reducing formation of magnetism in two adjacently located saw blades (1) rotating in opposed rotary directions in relation to each other. According to the invention each saw blade (1) is arranged having a number of substantially radially extending through grooves (2, 2', 2") having an extension within the area of the rotary centre for each saw blade (1) and the surrounding saw teeth area. The grooves (2, 2', 2") are arranged, when rotating, to remove air existing between adjacent planes of the saw blades (1). The through grooves (2, 2', 2") are preferably arranged having a substantially curved extension, but may also have a substantially linear extension. The grooves (2, 2', 2") are preferably arranged having a chamfer (3) by the edge portions, arranged to increase removal of air from the space between the interacting saw blades (1).
On décrit un procédé ainsi qu'un dispositif destinés à empêcher ou à réduire la formation de magnétisme dans deux lames (1) de scie adjacentes et tournant dans un sens opposé l'une par rapport à l'autre. Selon l'invention, chaque lame (1) est conçue pour présenter un certain nombre d'encoches (2, 2', 2") traversantes s'étendant sensiblement radialement, et dont l'extension se situe dans la zone du centre rotatif de chaque lame (1) et dans la zone de dents environnante. Ces encoches (2, 2', 2") sont conçues, lors de la rotation des lames, pour enlever l'air se trouvant entre les plans adjacents des lames (1), et elles sont de préférence conçues pour présenter une configuration longitudinale courbe, mais elles peuvent également présenter une configuration longitudinale sensiblement linéaire. De préférence, elles sont agencées de façon à présenter un biseau (3) sur les portions marginales, lequel est destiné à augmenter l'évacuation d'air à partir de l'espace situé entre les lames (1) de scie exerçant une influence l'une sur l'autre.
