Method to produce a mattress core with two flexible supports (2-3) in between which composed springs (4) are applied each consisting of a wire spring (5) around which is applied a flexible tubular casing (6) of foam, which casing (6) in general consists of the production of wire springs (5) with various wire diameters and various diameters; the formation of the aforementioned foam casings (6) with various characteristics; the formation of composed springs (4) with a desired rigidity by means of a suitable combination of glue to the crosscut sides (11-12) of the composed springs (4); the application of the glued composed springs (4) in between the aforementioned supports (2-3) and this according to a desired pattern.
.La présente invention a trait à un procédé de production de rembourrage de matelas avec deux supports flexibles (2-3) entre lesquels des ressorts composites (4) sont appliqués dont chacun est constitué d'un ressort en fil métallique (5) autour duquel est appliqué une gaine flexible de mousse de forme tubulaire (6), ladite gaine (6) étant globalement constituée de ressorts de fil métallique (5) de divers diamètres de fil et de diamètres différents. Le procédé comprend: la formation desdites gaines de mousse (6) avec des caractéristiques différentes ; la formation des ressorts composites (4) avec une rigidité souhaitée au moyen d'une combinaison appropriée de colle aux faces transversales (11-12) des ressorts composites (4) ; l'application des ressorts composites collés (4) entre lesdits supports (2-3) et selon une configuration souhaitée.
