A method is provided for performing array microcrystallizations to determine suitable crystallization conditions for a molecule. The method comprises forming an array of microcrystallizations, each microcrystallization comprising a drop containing a molecule to be crystallized, the drop having a volume of less than 1 µL; storing the array of microcrystallizations under conditions suitable for molecule crystals to form in the drops in the array; and detecting molecule crystal formation in the drops.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour effectuer des microcristallisations d'ensembles pour déterminer des conditions de cristallisation appropriées pour une molécule. Ce procédé consiste à former un ensemble de microcristallisations qui comprennent chacune une goutte, dont le volume est inférieur à 1 mu L, contenant une molécule à cristalliser. Ce procédé consiste également à stocker l'ensemble de microcristallisations dans des conditions appropriées pour permettre la formation de cristaux de molécules dans les gouttes de l'ensemble.
