Methods and apparatuses for management of entitlement to security operations. In one aspect of an embodiment, a method to secure digital content against unauthorized access, includes: receiving a request in a security application to invoke an operation on a digital artefact; and determining an entitlement to the operation in the security application, where the entitlement to the operation is not dependent upon entitlement to the digital artefact, hi one embodiment, the entitlement to the operation in the security application is in addition to the entitlement to the digital artefact. In one embodiment, the entitlement to the operation is separate from the entitlement to the digital artefact. In one embodiment, the operation in the security application relates to confidentiality of the digital artefact.
L'invention concerne des procédés et des appareils destinés à gérer le droit à des opérations de sécurité. Dans un aspect d'un mode de réalisation, un procédé destiné à sécuriser un contenu numérique contre un accès non autorisé, consiste: à recevoir une demande dans une application de sécurité afin d'invoquer une opération sur un artefact numérique; et à déterminer un droit à cette opération dans l'application de sécurité, ce droit n'étant pas dépendant du droit à l'artefact numérique, dans l'un des modes de réalisation, le droit à l'opération dans l'application de sécurité est ajouté au droit à l'artefact numérique. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le droit à l'opération est séparé du droit à l'artefact numérique. Dans un autre mode de réalisation encore, l'opération dans une application de sécurité est liée à la confidentialité de l'artefact numérique.
