This invention relates to novel glycoprotein glycoform preparations comprising the substantially homogeneous glycoprotein glycoforms and combinations thereof. More particularly the invention relates to glycoprotein preparations comprising a particular Fc glycoforms and methods for producing, detecting, enriching and purifying the glycoforms. The invention further relates to immunoglobulins and especially antibodies comprising a CH2 domain having particular N-linked glycans. Provided are compositions including pharmaceutical compositions methods of using the preparations as well as articles of manufacture comprising the preparations.
Cette invention concerne des préparations de glycoforme de glycoprotéine renfermant des glycoformes de glycoprotéine sensiblement homogènes ainsi que leurs combinaisons. Elle a trait plus particulièrement à des préparations de glycoprotéine renfermant des glycoformes G-2 particulières et à des techniques de production, de détection, d'enrichissement et de purification des glycoformes susmentionnées. Elle porte, de surcroît, sur des immunoglobulines et, notamment, sur des anticorps possédant un domaine CH2 pourvu de glycans particuliers à liaison N. Il y est également question de compositions, notamment de compositions pharmaceutiques, de méthodes d'utilisation des préparations susmentionnées ainsi que de produits fabriqués renfermant lesdites préparations.
