A method of reducing immune response during gene therapy is provided which involves co-administration of the viral vector bearing a therapeutic transgene and a selected immune modulator capable of inhibiting the formation of neutralizing antibodies and/or CTL elimination of the vectors upon repeated administration.

L'invention concerne une méthode de réduction de la réponse immunitaire pendant une thérapie génique, qui consiste à co-administrer le vecteur viral portant un transgène thérapeutique et un immunomodulateur capable d'inhiber la formation d'anticorps de neutralisation et/ou l'élimination des vecteurs par les lymphocytes T cytotoxiques, par administration répétée.
