Methods are provided for determining whether a subject has a graft tolerant phenotype. In practicing the subject methods, the expression of at least one gene in a sample from the subject, e.g., a blood sample, is assayed to obtain an expression evaluation for the at least one gene. The obtained expression evaluation is then employed to determine whether the subject has a graft tolerant phenotype. Also provides are compositions, systems and kits that find use in practicing the subject methods. The methods and compositions find use in a variety of applications, including the determination of an immunosuppressive therapy regimen.
L'invention concerne des procédés permettant de déterminer si un sujet comporte un phénotype à tolérance vis-à-vis du greffon. Selon ces procédés, l'expression d'au moins un gène dans un échantillon du sujet, par exemple un échantillon de sang, est testée aux fins d'évaluation de l'expression pour le ou les gènes considérés. Le résultat permet ensuite de déterminer si le sujet comporte un phénotype à tolérance vis-à-vis du greffon. L'invention concerne également des compositions, des systèmes et des kits à utiliser dans le cadre des procédés décrits. Les procédés et les compositions sont utilisables dans une gamme d'applications, y compris la détermination d'un régime de thérapie à immunosuppression.
