La présente invention concerne des procédés et compositions permettant de surveiller, diagnostiquer, de pronostiquer et de définir un schéma thérapeutique pour des sujets chez qui on a constaté ou on soupçonne une lésion rénale. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement des essais permettant de détecter un ou plusieurs marqueurs choisis dans le groupe constitué de la phosphatase acide de la prostate, de la lacrotransférrine, du récepteur de l'érythropoïétine soluble, du facteur de von Willebrand, du récepteur de la protéine C endothéliale soluble, et de la bêta-2-glycoprotéine 1, qui constituent autant de biomarqueurs de diagnostic et de pronostic de lésions rénales.
