The present invention provides methods and composition for enhancing in vitro synthesis of biological macromolecules in a cell-free system where ATP is required as a primary energy source, wherein said cell-free system is enriched with ATP-sulfurylase The invention relates also to as cell-free systems and cell-free extracts enriched with ATP-sulfurylase for enhancing ín vitro synthesis of any biological macromolecules.
La présente invention concerne des procédés et compositions permettant d'améliorer la synthèse in vitro de macromolécules biologiques d'un système acellulaire, l'ATP étant nécessaire comme source d'énergie primaire. Ce système acellulaire est enrichi en ATP sulfurilase. L'invention concerne également des systèmes acellulaires et des extraits acellulaires enrichis en ATP sulfurilase pour améliorer la synthèse in vitro de macromolécules biologiques quelconques.
