The present invention relates to methods and compositions for increasing the efficiency of therapeutic antibodies. More particularly, the invention relates to the use of a therapeutic antibody in combination with a .gamma..delta. T cell activating compound or activated .gamma..delta. T cells, thereby allowing a potentiation of .gamma..delta. T cell cytotoxicity in mammalian subjects in order to enhance the efficiency of the treatment in human subjects, particularly through an increase of the depletion of targeted cells.
La présente invention concerne des procédés et des compositions destinés à améliorer l'efficacité d'anticorps thérapeutiques. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement l'utilisation d'un anticorps thérapeutique en combinaison avec un composé activateur des cellules T .gamma..delta. ou avec des cellules T .gamma..delta. activées dans le but de permettre la potentialisation de la cytotoxicité des cellules T .gamma..delta. chez des sujets mammaliens afin d'améliorer l'efficacité du traitement chez des sujets humains, en particulier par une augmentation de la déplétion des cellules cibles.
